there are 16 machines in the hobbing workshop. one gleason 4m high-speed hobbing machine was imported from germany, the largest machining diameter is 4600mm; one 4m high-speed milling machine; three 2m high-speed hobbing machines; one 1m high-speed hobbing machine; four 1.25m cnc hobbing machines made by chongqing machine tool factory; two 2m cnc shaping machine made by changji machine technology co., ltd. all of them are cnc equipments which greatly improve production efficiency and product quality. in order to fit the production, the workshop also offered two hob sharpening machines which are made by america omaiko and wuhan machine tool co., ltd.; a hob tester made by hanjiang tool factory; a gear grinding and chamfering machine, a shaper cutter grinding machine and other supporting equipments.
